Check Do Not Disturb and ensure Vera has notification/call permissions. Also confirm your call window and timezone.
Can I choose a different agent voice?
Yes. In the app, select or customize an agent’s tone, style, and personality.
Do minutes expire?
No. Minutes never expire according to our pricing policy.
How do I delete my account?
Contact support@vera.app from your registered email. We’ll guide you through verification and deletion.
