- The plan
- THE PLAN: read interview best practices, feel prepared. The screen lists ten best practices — research the company, practice common questions, use the STAR method, show measurable impact, be confident and authentic. The notepad beside him is already ticked off: research company, review questions, prepare examples, read tips.
- Reality
- REALITY: the actual interview, and his brain goes blank. The interviewer asks, "So… tell me about yourself?" He thinks: "Uh… …". No real practice without speaking.
