You have restarted four times this year.
Getting past the eight-week cliff, whatever your starting point.
The programme was never the problem. Nothing external was holding you to it.
What this actually involves
Most people who cannot stay consistent have already tried several good programmes. What is missing is any consequence for skipping, since a notification carries none. The path through is unglamorous: start smaller than feels worthwhile, add an external check-in, and survive the stretch where nothing visible is happening yet.
The sequence
Roughly in order, though nothing here blocks anything else — start with whichever is next for you.
- Weeks 1–8Beginner Strength Training Check-InsMost people quit in month two, when novelty fades and results have not arrived. This is the stretch that needs support.Practise this ↗

Common questions
Why do I keep quitting around week eight?
Novelty has faded and visible results have not arrived. It is the most predictable drop-off point and the one worth planning for.
How many sessions a week should I aim for?
Fewer than you want to. A number you can hold on a bad week beats a number that only works on good ones.
Does an accountability call actually help?
For many people, yes — the difference between a notification and a question you have to answer out loud is larger than it sounds.
Other goals
Not practising doesn’t save you anything.
The ticket, the evening, the weeks of applying — all of it is spent before anyone says a word. The practice is the only cheap part, and the only part that changes how the rest goes.
